Jennifer Lyons graduated with a Bachelor’s of Music in Music Education from The Brigham Young University’s School of Music.  She has over 30 years of teaching experience, and focuses on teaching violin and viola lessons and beginning piano and cello.  Jennifer is certified to teach orchestra in grades K-12.  She teaches beginner through adult level students using the Suzuki curriculum as well as a wide variety of other standard repertoire and technique.  Many of her students have received top ratings at competitions, leadership roles in school and youth orchestras and have been selected for Maryland

All-State Orchestra.

Studio recitals are held annually.  

Weekly lessons are offered in her home studio located in Southern Maryland or online.
